Matrix Help E-mail

If you can't see the Matrix or if you can see it but cannot visit an Active section of the Matrix, you may need to enable Javascript in your browser. If you are in a corporate or institutional environment, you may need to contact your IT department for assistance.

How to activate JavaScript for Microsoft Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools dropdown menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.
  2. Click on the earth «Internet» icon, and then the Custom Level button.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings list, and locate the section named Scripting.
  4. Under the subsection Active Scripting, click Enable. Click OK.
  5. Answer Yes to the confirm box that pops up. Click OK.
  6. Click the «Back» button at the top of your browser window, and then click «Refresh».

How to activate JavaScript for Mozilla

  1. Go to the «Edit» drop-down menu and click on «Preferences…».
  2. In the «Category» list, click on «Advanced».
  3. Click on «Scripts & Plugins».
  4. Click the «Activate Javascript for» option, and then click okay.
  5. Click the «Back» button at the top of your browser window, and then click «Reload».

 

Can't See the Matrix at all?

The matrix utilizes Adobe Macromedia Flash. Although most users will have the Flash player installed in the browser, if you can't see the Matrix on the homepage, you probably need to install the player before the Matrix will be visible. If you're in a corporate or institutional environment, you may need help from the IT department to install Flash. Otherwise, Click Here to download Adobe Macromedia Flash Player.
